When will I receive my photos?
You can expect your photos to returned within 24 hours of the shoot, even on weekends.
How will I receive my completed media files?
Media files will be delivered via email gallery with the option of high resolution or web size download.
How do I request specific edits or enhancements?
You can request specific edits or enhancements by replying to your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team directly with your order number and the details of your request. You may also pass on requests to your photographer at your shoot.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! Shoot us an email or give us a call within 24 hours at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 scheduling fee.
Do I need to be present during the real estate photoshoot?
No, we can use a lockbox to access the home with the approval of the home owner or realtor. We will lock all the doors and turn off lights when we are finished. Please provide lockbox information prior to the shoot.
