You can expect your photos to be returned within 24 hours of the shoot, even on weekends. Other products, such as Video, may take up to 2-3 business days to return.

Media files will be delivered via email gallery with the option of high resolution or web size download. 

Requests can be added when placing your order. You can also request specific edits or enhancements afterwords by replying to your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team directly with your order number and the details of your request. You may also pass on requests to your photographer at your shoot. 

No problem! Shoot us an email or give us a call 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. 

No, we can use a lockbox to access the home with the approval of the home owner or realtor. We will lock all the doors and turn off lights when we are finished. Please provide lockbox information when placing your order. 

Yes, you will own the photos from your shoot and you have full rights to use them as you wish. We retain the right to use the photos for our own advertising and promotional purposes. This helps us showcase our work and continue providing high-quality services.
